High performance liquid chromatography is a powerful tool in analysis. It is basically a highly improved form of column chromatography. Instead of a solvent being allowed to drip through a column under gravity, it is forced through under high pressures of up to 42MPa. That makes it much faster. Hermes LC620 series offer a HPLC solution suitable to your needs, irregardless of whether you need a preparative or analytical system or both. Thanks to its modular design that can fit your application, you will be able to perform hundreds of routine analysis with predefined methods or perform state-of-art analytical grade research.

✔ Column Oven
Column oven/heaters are great tools to create most suitable separation environment depending
on the selected method.
Hermes offers both peltier controlled for mid-temperature and radiative ovens for
high-temperature range. Both ovens utilize an optional blower to achieve most uniform heat
dissipation.
Hermes HPLC ovens are configured for 1 to 4 column operation and can be controlled
stand-alone or via main software

Close Detectors
Hermes offers 3 types of HPLC detectors. Multi-wavelength UV-vis, photo diode array (PDA) and Fluorescence (FL). Up to 2 different detectors
can be combined on a single instrument and perform simultaneous data acquisition for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
