Hermes | EDXRF Bench-Top Spectrometer Multi-Element Analyzer

The compact benchtop spectrometer with unique front - Anode geometry and high power excitation X-ray source fits comfortably on a traditional laboratory bench and include a fully integrated computer system, six customizable filters, sample tray and a sample camera.
 
The Hermes bench-top spectrometer use a high resolution detector and a powerful X-ray tube, and accommodates samples of various sizes and types. The Hermes has an optional Ultra-thin detector window that provides superior performance for low Z elements (Light Element) analysis.
 
Non-destructive Elemental Analysis
Quantitative and qualitative analysis using standards and standardless Fundamental Parameters methods (FP) with detection range from Na (11) - U (92)
X-ray Source
Excitation of 50kV, 50W, with Rh anode, LOD from ppm to 100% concentrations, providing excellent performance for complex applications. Current setting 2mA, air cooling.

Sample Holder
Can fix all sample types. Disk-shaped, removable. 8 to 16 samples available.

Analytix Software

Analytix deliver accurate, comprehensive and easy-to-understand results, Adaptable to a wide variety of applications, multiple tests performed within a short time and minimum configuration efforts. Designed with a highly intuitive interface, a simple and user-friendly GUI that can be operated by different levels of users for a wide variety of elemental analysis tasks. Analytix offers a client-server network operator mode - real-time data transfer by Wi-Fi or GPS, enables easy management of multiple systems at disperse global locations. Analysis can be easily performed onsite, results can be transferred to any distributed client with GPS location-based data analysis and unique test identification.
